Editorial policy

How we write

Stories on Lovin Croatia are based on public reports from news agencies, official bodies and local media. We use sources only for facts, write every story in our own words, and never invent quotes, figures or details.

Checks before publishing

• Every draft is automatically checked for copying against its sources and rejected if it reuses too much wording.
• Stories about crime, courts, accidents, health, politics or named private individuals are always held for review by an editor.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Email hello@lovincroatia.com with the link and the correction and we will review it promptly.

Photos

Photos come from free-licence libraries such as Unsplash and Pexels, credited under each image. They illustrate the subject and do not show the people or events in the story unless stated.
