Smaak:
Frisse, harmonieuze en betekenisvolle wijn van kristal, goudgele kleur. De geur opent met bloemige noten van kamille en een fruitboeket. De smaak wordt gedomineerd door citrusaroma's met hints van groene appel, wijngaardperzik in de smaak, met de aanwezigheid van sterke mineraliteit in de afdronk.

Genieten met:
Wij adviseren serveren op 10-12°C bij topkwaliteit zeevis, gerookt vlees, geroosterde kip of kalkoen.

Beschrijving:
Graševina vertegenwoordigt de eerste witte wijn met beschermde oorsprongsbenaming in Kroatië. Het is een wijn van goudgele kleur met groenachtige tonen, harmonieuze kruiden en fruitige aroma's, verfijnde en volle smaak, rijk aan extract dat eindigt met een karakteristieke en milde bitterheid.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh, harmonious and meaningful wine of crystal, golden yellow color. The fragrance opens with floral notes of chamomile and a fruity bouquet. The taste is dominated by citrus aromas with hints of green apple, vineyard peach in the taste, with the presence of strong minerality in the finish.

We recommend serving at 10-12°C with top quality sea fish, smoked meat, roasted chicken or turkey.

Graševina represents the first white wine with a protected designation of origin in Croatia. It is a wine of golden yellow color with greenish notes, harmonious spices and fruity aromas, refined and full-bodied, rich in extract that ends with a characteristic and mild bitterness.
